Continuation of Special Express Train Services
To cater to the extra rush of passengers, South Western Railway has decided to continue the operation of the following special train services between Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru and Bidar, Narangi, and Malda Town, with existing timings, stoppages and coach composition. The details are as follows:
·SMVT Bengaluru – Bidar – SMVT Bengaluru Express Special:
1.Train No. 06539 SMVT Bengaluru – Bidar Express Special will continue to run on Fridays and Sundays. Earlier notified to operate up to 29.06.2025, the service is now extended from 04.07.2025 to 31.08.2025.
2.Train No. 06540 Bidar – SMVT Bengaluru Express Special will continue to run on Saturdays and Mondays. Earlier notified to operate up to 30.06.2025, the service is now extended from 05.07.2025 to 01.09.2025.
These trains will make 18 trips in each direction during the extended period.
·SMVT Bengaluru – Narangi – SMVT Bengaluru Express Special:
1.Train No. 06559 SMVT Bengaluru – Narangi Express Special will continue to run on Tuesdays, earlier notified to run up to 10.06.2025, will now run on 08.07.2025 and 15.07.2025.
2.Train No. 06560 Narangi – SMVT Bengaluru Express Special will continue to run on Saturday, earlier notified up to 14.06.2025, will now run on 12.07.2025 and 19.07.2025.
Train Nos. 06559/06560 will make 2 trips in each direction during the extended period.
·SMVT Bengaluru – Malda Town – SMVT Bengaluru Express Special:
1.Train No. 06565 SMVT Bengaluru – Malda Town Express Special will continue to run on Sunday, earlier notified up to 15.06.2025, will now run on 13.07.2025.
2.Train No. 06566 Malda Town – SMVT Bengaluru Express Special will continue to run on Wednesday, earlier notified up to 18.06.2025, will now run on 16.07.2025.
Train Nos. 06565/06566 will make 1 trip in each direction during the extended period.
