Over SWR, there are no Unmanned LCs which were eliminated in 2019 and all the Level Crossings are Manned Gates. Safety at Level Crossings is one of the focus areas of Indian Railways and all efforts are being taken to eliminate Level Crossings by construction of ROBs/RUBs where Train Vehicle Units (TVUs) are more than 1 Lakh and by constructing Limited Height Sub Ways for gates with lesser TVUs.
