Press Release No. 181 (I. RUNNING OF SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN YESVANTPUR AND HYDERABAD & NARSAPUR)

I. RUNNING OF SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN YESVANTPUR AND HYDERABAD & NARSAPUR

South Central Railway has decided to run the following special trains to clear the extra rush as detailed mentioned below: -

1.Train No. 07233/07234 Hyderabad – Yesvantpur – Hyderabad Special Express (01 Trip): -

Train No. 07233 Hyderabad – Yesvantpur Special will depart from Hyderabad o­n 23.09.2022 (Friday) at 09:05 PM and arrive Yesvantpur at 10:50 AM the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07234 Yesvantpur – Hyderabad Special will depart from Yesvantpur o­n 24.09.2022 (Saturday) at 03:50 PM and arrive Hyderabad at 05:00 AM the next day.

These special trains will have stoppages at Secunderabad, Kacheguda, Umdanagar, Shadnagar, Jadcherla, Mahbubnagar, Wanaparthi Road, Gadwal, Kurnool City, Dhone, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Penukonda, Hindupur and Yelahanka stations in both directions.

These trains will have a composition of 1 - AC-2 tier, 7 - AC-3 tier, 9 – Second Class Sleeper, 2-General Second-Class and 1- Second Class Luggage cum Brake-Van with Divyangjan Coach, 1- Luggage cum Brake - van with Generator (Total 21 Coaches). The fare of these special trains will be @ 1.3 rate.

2. Train No. 07153/07154 Narsapur – Yesvantpur – Narsapur Special Express (01 Trip): -

Train No. 07153 Narasapur – Yesvantpur Special Express will depart from Narasapur o­n 24.09.2022 (Saturday) at 03:10 PM and arrive at Yesvantpur at 10:50 AM the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 07154 Yesvantpur – Narasapur Special Express will depart from Yesvantpur o­n 25.09.2022 (Sunday) at 03:50 PM and arrive at Narasapur at 08:30 AM the next day.

These special trains will have stoppages at Palakollu, Bhimavaram Town, Akividu, Kaikaluru, Gudivada, Vijayawada, Guntur, Narasaraopet, Donakonda, Markapur Road, Giddallur, Nandyal, Dhone, Anantapur, Dharmavaram, Penukonda, Hindupur and Yelahanka stations in both directions.

These trains will have a composition of 1 - AC-2 tier, 2 - AC-3 tier, 10 - Second Class Sleeper, 5 - General Second Class and 2 - Second Class Luggage cum Brake-Vans (Total 20 Coaches). The fare of these special trains will be @ 1.3 rate.

II. EXTENSION OF TRAIN SERVICES

South western Railway has decided to extend the services of Train No. 07377/07378 Vijayapura – Mangaluru Jn – Vijayapura Express special as per detailed mentioned below: -

Train No. 07377 Vijayapura – Mangaluru Jn Express Special, which was notified to run earlier up to 30.09.2022 will be further extended from 01.10.2022 to 31.01.2023 and Service of Train No. 07378 Mangaluru Jn – Vijayapura Daily Express Special, which was notified earlier to run up to 01.10.2022 will be further extended from 02.10.2022 to 01.02.2023.

There will be no change in timings, stoppages, coach composition and days of service of the above trains.

III. DIVERSION / REGULATION OF TRAINS

I.Southern Railway has notified for diversion/regulation of the following trains due to Line Block and Power Block between Sullurpeta – Tada o­n up line in Gudur Chennai Section of Chennai Division for replacing of steel girders in bridge no. 167 as per detailed mentioned below: -

DIVERSION:

1.Train No. 06510 Danapur – KSR Bengaluru Express commencing journey from Danapur o­n 21.09.2022 & 28.09.2022 will be diverted to run via Gudur, Renigunta, Arakkonam and Katpadi and skipping stoppage from MGR Chennai Central. This train will be provided with additional stoppage at Arakkonam.

2. Train No. 12252 Kamakhya – Sir M Visvesvaraya Termial Express commencing journey from Kamakhya o­n 21.09.2022 & 28.09.2022 will be diverted to run via Gudur, Renigunta, Arakkonam and Katpadi and skipping stoppage from MGR Chennai Central. This train will be provided with additional stoppage at Arakkonam.

REGULATION:

1.Train No. 12295 Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal – Danapur Express commencing journey from Sir M Visvesvaraya Terminal o­n 23.09.2022 and 30.09.2022 will be regulated for 30 minutes enroute.

II.Northern Railway has notified for diversion of below mentioned train due to Non Interlocking works from 22.09.2022 to 03.10.2022 at Ptatapgarh Yard o­n Lucknow – Rae Bareli Pratapgarh – Varanasi Section over Lucknow Division: -

1.Train No. 22683 Yesvantpur – Lucknow Express commencing journey from Lucknow o­n 26.09.2022 will be diverted to run via Phaphamau, Unchahar and Rae Bareli and skipping stoppages from Ptatapgarh & Amethi.
