RUNNING OF SPECIAL EXPRESS TRAINS
South Western Railway has decided to run the following special trains to clear extra rush of passengers as per detailed mentioned below:-
1.Train No. 06565/06566 Yesvantpur – Mangaluru Jn. - Yesvantpur Special Express (01- Trip):-
Train No. 06565 Yesvantpur – Mangaluru Jn. Special Express will leave from Yesvantpur at 11:55 PM on 28.12.2022 (Wednesday) and reach Mangaluru Jn. at 09:50 AM the next day.
In the return direction Train No. 06566 Mangaluru Jn. – Yesvantpur Special Express will leave from Mangaluru Jn. at 05:00 PM on 29.12.2022 (Thursday) and reach Yesvantpur at 04:00 AM the next day.
The train will have stoppages at Chikbanavar, Nelamangala, Kunigal, Shravanabelagola, Channarayapatna, Hassan, Sakleshpur, Subrahmanya Road, Kabakaputtur and Bantawala, stations in the both directions.
The train will have a composition of 4 - AC two tier Coaches, 11 - AC three tier Coaches, 1 – Luggage cum Brake-Vans with Generator car and 1 - Luggage cum Brake-Vans/Divyangjan friendly compartment (Total 17 coaches). Bedroll and Linen will not be provided in this train.
2.Train No. 06506 Vasco Da Gama – Yesvantpur one Way Express Special:-
Train No. 06506 Vasco Da Gama – Yesvantpur one Way Express Special will leave from Vasco Da Gama at 04.00 PM on 02.01.2023 (Monday) and reach Yesvantpur at 05:45 AM the next day.
The train will have stoppage at Madgaon, Kulem, Castle Rock, Londa, Dharwad, SSS Hubballi, Haveri, Davangere, Arsikere and Tumakuru.
The train will have a composition of 1 - AC two tier Coach, 2 - AC three tier Coaches, 11 – Second Class Sleeper Coaches, 5 – General Second Class Coaches and 2 - Luggage cum Brake-Vans/Divyangjan friendly compartments (Total 21 coaches). The fare of this train will be 1.3 times.
