CHANGE IN TRAIN ORIGINATION / TERMINATION TERMINALS
Due to bridge reconstruction work between MGR Chennai Central and Basin Bridge Junction, as notified by Southern Railway, changes to originating and terminating terminals of train services are as follows:
Change in origination terminal:
1.Train No. 12292 MGR Chennai Central – Yesvantpur Weekly Superfast Express will start its journey from Chennai Beach instead of MGR Chennai Central on April 1, 8, 15 & 22, 2023 with an additional stoppage at Perambur.
2.Train No. 22682 MGR Chennai Central – Mysuru Weekly Superfast Express will start its journey from Chennai Beach instead of MGR Chennai Central on April 6, 13 & 20, 2023 with an additional stoppage at Perambur.
3.Train No. 12691 MGR Chennai Central – Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam Weekly Superfast Express will start its journey from Chennai Beach instead of MGR Chennai Central on April 7, 14 & 21, 2023 with an additional stoppage at Perambur.
Change in termination terminal:
4.Train No. 22681 Mysuru - MGR Chennai Central weekly express, starting from Mysuru on April 5, 12 & 19, 2023, will be run on a diverted route and terminate at Chennai Beach Jn. instead of MGR Chennai Central.
5.Train No. 12291 Yesvantpur - MGR Chennai Central weekly superfast express, starting from Yesvantpur on April 7, 14 & 21, 2023, will be run on a diverted route and terminate at Chennai Beach Jn. instead of MGR Chennai Central.
6.Train No.12692 Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam – MGR Chennai Central Weekly Superfast Express, starting from Sri Sathya Sai Prasanthi Nilayam on April 8, 15 & 22, 2023, will be run on a diverted route and terminate at Chennai Beach Jn. instead of MGR Chennai Central.
