RUNNING OF SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN NAGERCOIL AND SMVT BENGALURU

Southern Railway has decided to operate the special trains between Nagercoil and Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal (SMVT) Bengaluru Stations for three trips to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Deepavali Festival as detailed below:

Train No.06083/06084 Nagercoil–SMVT Bengaluru–Nagercoil Special Express (3 trips):

Train No. 06083 Nagercoil– and Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru Special Express will depart from Nagercoil at 19.35 hrs o­n the 7th, 14th, and 21st of November 2023 (Tuesdays), and is scheduled to arrive at KSR Bengaluru at 12.40 hrs o­n the next day (Wednesdays).

In the return direction, Train No. 06084 Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru Nagercoil Special Express will leave SMVT Bengaluru at 14.00 hrs o­n the 8th, 15th, and 22nd of November 2023 (Wednesdays) and reach its destination, Nagercoil at 06.10 hrs o­n the next day (Thursdays).

Enroute, the special trains will make stoppages at the following stations in both directions: Valliyur, Tirunelveli, Kovilpatti, Satur, Virudhunagar, Madurai, Dindigal, Tiruchchirappalli, Karur, Namakkal, Salem, Morappur, Tirupattur, Bangarapet and Krishnarajapuram.

The composition of these special trains includes 1 AC Two Tier Coach, 3 AC Three Tier Coaches, 10 Sleeper Class Coaches, 2 General Second Class Coaches, and 2 Luggage cum Brake Vans.

RUNNING OF SPECIAL TRAINS BETWEEN BHAGAT-KI-KOTHI AND SMVT BENGALURU

North Western Railway has decided to operate the special trains between Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru and Bhagat-Ki-Kothi stations. These special trains are scheduled for eight trips to clear the extra rush of passengers during the Puja/Deepavali/Chhath festivals as detailed below:

Train No.04813/04814 Bhagat-Ki-Kothi-Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru-Bhagat-Ki-Kothi Special Express (8 trips):

Train No. 04813 Bhagat-Ki-Kothi – Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru Special Express will depart from Bhagat-Ki-Kothi at 05:15 hrs o­n every Saturday and Monday from 11.11.2023 to 04.12.2023 and is scheduled to arrive at SMVT Bengaluru at 23.30 hrs o­n the next day.

In the return direction, Train No. 04814 Sir M. Visvesvaraya Terminal Bengaluru–Bhagat-Ki-Kothi Special Express will leave SMVT Bengaluru at 16:30 hrs o­n every Monday and Wednesday from 13.11.2023 to 06.12.2023 and reach its destination, Bhagat-Ki-Kothi at 12:40 hrs o­n the third day.

Enroute, the special trains will make stoppages at the following stations in both directions: Luni, Samdari, Jalor, Marwar Bhinmal, Raniwara, Dhanera, Bhildi Jn., Patan, Mahesana Jn., Ahmedabad Jn., Vadodara Jn., Surat, Vapi, Vasai Road, Kalyan Jn., Pune Jn., Satara, Miraj Jn., Ghatprabha, Belagavi, Dharwad, SSS Hubballi, SMM Haveri, Ranibennur, Davangere, Birur Jn., Arsikere Jn., Tiptur and Tumakuru.

The composition of these special trains includes 2 AC Two Tier Coaches, 5 AC Three Tier Coaches, 7 Sleeper Class Coaches, 4 General Second Class Coaches, and 2 Second class cum luggage and brake vans/disabled friendly compartments.
