I.SWR TO CONVERTS TWO TRAINS INTO LHB COACHES
South Western Railway has decided to convert the existing conventional rakes of two trains (12779/12780) to the modern Linke Hofmann Busch (LHB) coaches.
Train Nos. 12779/12780 Vasco-Da-Gama – Hazrat Nizamuddin - Vasco-Da-Gama Express will be provided with LHB coaches in place of conventional coaches with effect from June 15, 2023 from Vasco-Da-Gama and with effect from June 17, 2023 from Hazrat Nizamuddin.
These trains will run with a revised composition comprising one AC First Class Coach, Two AC Two tier coaches, Four AC-Three tier coaches, Four AC three tier Economy Sleeper Coaches, Two Sleeper Class Coaches, Two Second Class Coaches, one AC Hot Buffet Car, one Second Class Cum Luggage & Brake Van, Two Brake, Luggage cum Generator Car and one High capacity parcel van.
II.PERMANENT AUGMENTATION OF COACH IN TRAINS
West Central Railway has notified permanent augmentation of one additional coach to the following trains, as detailed below:
1.Train No. 12194 Jabalpur-Yesvantpur Weekly Superfast Express will be permanently augmented with one additional AC three-tier economy sleeper coach with effect from June 17, 2023.
2.Train No. 12193 Yesvantpur-Jabalpur Weekly Superfast Express will be permanently augmented with one additional AC three-tier economy sleeper coach with effect from June 18, 2023.
