Running Mitra app: Running Mitra app is available in Google play store for Android phones with restricted access to all running crew & the App consists of following;
•TSD of 3phase AC locos, Conventional AC locos, Conventional MEMU, Three phase MEMU.
•Operating Manual of 3phase AC locos, Conventional AC locos, Conventional MEMU, Three phase MEMU
• G&SR rules pertaining to Loco running staff
•Divisional Updates (SOBs, Employee of the Month, Good & Bad cases of the month, Counselling Modules)
•HQ UBL instructions etc.,
Leave Management System (LMS)
Database of all the running staff were included in the software & a mobile application was downloaded by the Running Staff, who can easily apply for leave through mobile phone in LMS. Status of the leave application can also be viewed by the employee.
