Zonal Railway Users’ Consultative Committee ( ZRUCC) is functioning to give suggestion at Zonal level. Similarly, at divisional level a Divisional Railway Users’ Consultative Committee (DRUCC) is functioning.

A statement of the boards, councils, committees
and other bodies constituted.

Formal and Informal Consultative Committee of Hon’ble MPs (constituted by the Ministry of Parliamentary Affairs) visits hold discussions internally. Its meetings and the minutes thereof are not open/accessible to public.

South Western Railways has not under taken any specific subsidy programme.

Particulars of recipients of concessions, permits or authorizations granted by the Institute.

Details regarding concessions to passengers are published every year in the Railway Time Tables.

Details in respect of the information, available to or held by it, reduced in an electronic form.

Information relating to organization, its evolution, passenger information, train information, availability of accommodation, status of tickets, internet booking of tickets are available on South Western Railway website.

obtaining information, including the working hours of a library or reading room, if maintained for public use.

The information relating to the facilities available to the rail users are disseminated through the Railway Time tables, Railway website and the facilitation centre.
