        Receives call for assistance for cleanliness, food and catering, coach maintenance, medical emergency and linen. This can be accessed by passengers, including women passengers.


Meri Saheli

             Bengaluru Division has launched 'MySaheli' initiative in the month of Oct-2020 with an aim to focus mainly o­n security of women & child in Railways and to boost the confidence of lady passengers especially traveling alone by trains duly interacting with them o­n their entire journey from originating station till destination station.                                                                                                                      

         Till date SBC division Mysaheli team attended total 3817 trains and interacted a total no of  1,77,890 lady passengers at SBC & YPR Railway Station.
