    1. 1.1The Operating department of mysuru is headed by Senior Divisional Operations Manger assisted by Divisional Operations Manager.

      1.2Mysuru division are 13 major stations being supervised by Station Managers other medium and smaller stations are being looked after by sectional Traffic Inspectors as detailed below: ( TI/MYS- CMNR-BDRL Section, TI/HAS: KRNR-BLLT Section,  TI/KBPR: SKLR-BNTL section, TI/ASK: AMSA-CMGR section, TI/SMET: NVF-TLGP section, TI/JRU- MOMU-JRU section, TI/DVG: DVG-AJP and TI/HVR: AVC-BEHI sections)  Eight section TIs are sanctioned and Four HQ- TIs ( TI/Manpower, TI/Rules , TI/Planning& TI/Coaching at mysuru to assists Divisional working.

      1.3In Mysuru Division One Major Goods yard (MNGT), HAS, AMSA,SMET,SLU, AVC,HVR & CTA) are functioning under supervisor of SMR posted there on.

      1.4The Divisional Jurisdiction is as follows:

      1.SPGR- HVR ( Excluding SPGR)

      2.JRU-RDG ( Excluding RDG).

      3.RRB—TLGP 

      4.HAS-PADIL (Excluding PADIL)

      5.MYS-CMNR 

      6.MYS-Y (Excluding Yeliyur)

      7.DRU-CMGR

      The Division covers 12 Districts viz., Mysore, Chamarajanagar, Mandya, Dakshina Kannada, Hassan, Tumkur, Chikmagalur, Shimoga, Chitradurga, Davangere, Vijayanagara and Haveri districts of Karnataka.

      Division has got Five interchange points:

      SPGR- SBC Divl. Y- SBC  Divl.    KJG-UBL- Divl.  KTY-  UBL Divl.

      3.1. System of Working:    Absolute Block System   STD- II/R/ MACLS,     Std I-R- MACLS at HAS &CMGR

      4.0  Important achievement:

      4.1 Goods Loading :  During 2021-22 Total revenue loading is 8.228 MT up to February-22  as compared to 6.914 MT during the previous  year. The Division has achieved  this revenue with -33 % of the Target inspite of continues Covid-19 Restriction.

      5.0 – Punctuality: During 2021-22 up to Feb-22 Mail/Exp = 98.85 % compared to previous year 96.93% and Pass Train 99.39 % compared to  previous year  98.89 %

        

      5.1 Wagon Turn Round: Wagon turn round 2021-22 of mysuru division is maintained at the level of 1.9

      ·Division has achieved highest ever Originating loading of 8.228MT during 2021-22 up to February-2022 surpassing the previous highest loading of 8.137 MT during 2020-21

                  During 2021-22 809 February- 2022 Crake Trains are run and average speed is 41.4 KMPH.

      8.0GHAT SECTION – BETWEEN SAKLESHPUR AND SUBRAMANYA ROAD ON HASSAN – MANGALORE ROUTE

      ·55 Km. of section between SKLR & SBHR is in ghat section with 58 tunnels (11 Kms.) and 84  girder bridges. The ruling gradient in ghat sectin 1 in 50.

      ·The division consist of  ‘D’ route ( 793 route Km.) and ‘E’ route (352 route Km).
