1.DGM/G is nominated as Nodal Officer for HQ and Sr.DPOs, CWMs, Dy.CE/CN/G are nominated as Nodal Officerfor Divisions, Workshops and Construction Unit respectively
RTI applications received by RTI Cell/Headquarters (DGM/G), both offline and online, are being forwarded/transferred on RTI Web Portal only to the concerned FAAs/CPIOs/PIOs & APIOs for further disposal and the sameshall be replied to the applicant directly. In case of offline RTI applications, replies are also to be uploaded on RTI Web portal and physical copy of the reply sent to the applicant directly under advice to the concerned Public Authorityand to this office. Similarly, at Divisional, Construction and Workshop Level also, RTI cases are dealt on RTI Web Portal.
AGM is nominated as First Appellate Authority for RTI First Appeal cases involving Multiple Departments (in caseof disputes amongst departments) of Headquarters and RTI First Appeal Cases of General Administration/HQ.
Departmental FAAs have been nominated to deal with First Appeal Cases of Single Department.
The nomination is designation based rather than name based to avoid delays resulting due to transfer/ superannuation of Public Authorities
