Current reservation counter-
Berths vacant after chart preparation are allotted here one hour before the scheduled departure of the train.

Unreserved Ticketing System (UTS)-
Passengers can purchase unreserved tickets through ATVM for trains originating from Bangalore City to any destination all over the Indian Railways

General Enquiry-
All enquiries relating to arrival/departure, platform numbers, fare enquiry etc. are manually answered

Security, Law and Order-
This counter is manned by a Railway Protection Force (RPF) personnel who takes care of all security related aspects.

1.Retiring Rooms at KSR Bengaluru City Railway Station has been outsourced and awarded under contract to M/s KMA Caterers. Online booking facility is available on thier website www.kmagrand.org. 2.Free Waiting Halls are available on PF No 1. Paid AC waiting halls are available in the First Floor, above the CFC in the concourse area, On PF No 1 and PF No 8.
