Material Management Department
| Stores Branch in Mysuru Division is headed by JAG Officer (Sr.Divisional Material Manager) and Co-ordinate with the Branch officers of the Division for their materials requirements of Non-stock items through Local Purchase, medical & medicine items, gathi shakthi requirements, Engineering items within the powers delegated. He is also reponsible for mobilizing, inspection and to dispose off the open line scrap material in the entire Railway jurisdiction of Mysore division. The Sales section set up is functioning efficiently and Co-ordinates with related Branch officers for Scrap mobilization and ‘E’ auction for disposal of scrap. |
