WHEEL CHAIRS AND STRETCHERS-
These can be obtained round the clock from the platform inspector's office on platform 1.

COMPUTERISED RESERVATION OFFICE-
The reservation office building is located on the right hand side of the main entrance of the station building. It works from 8 am to 8 pm Monday to Saturday and from 8 am to 2 pm on Sunday. It will remain closed on national holidays.

WAITING ROOMS-
Ladies, Gents and Upper class Waiting rooms are available on platform 1. These are open 24 hrs a day.

RETIRING ROOMS AND DORMITORIES.
These are located on the first and second floors of the station building, above platform 1.There are 27 rooms in all, including 8 AC rooms, 18 Non-AC rooms and 1 room for railway officers. The dormitory has 50 beds in it.

POST OFFICE-
The post office is to the left of the main entrance of the station building. Registration of letters is done between 10am and 1.45pm and again from 4.30pm to 6.30pm. Postage stamps are available between 8am and 8.30pm. Speed post facility is available round the clock. It remains closed on Sundays and National holidays.

MEDICAL SHOP-
The medical shop is located in the station concourse. It works from 9.30am to 9.30pm.

TELECOM CENTRE-
The Telecom center is located in the station concourse. Local, STD and ISD calls can be made from here. Telegram booking can also be done. It is open round the clock.

INTERNET PARLOR-
The Internet parlor is located in the station concourse. It is open between 6am and 11.30pm.

BOOK STALL-
The Bookstall is located in the station concourse. A wide variety of novels and periodicals in different languages are available .It is open from 5am to 8.30am, 10am to 2.30pm and from 5pm to 9.30pm.

REFRESHMENTS-
The vegetarian refreshment room (VRR) located on platform 1 is open from 6.15am to 10pm. Satkar is a vegetarian restaurant located in the station concourse open between 5am and 11pm.
Comesum is a 24hr multicuisine food plaza located near the entrance to the foot over bridge. Passengers can order food from here to be delivered to their respective coaches by calling 56904478.

TOURIST CENTRE-
There is a tourist center maintained by the Karnataka State Tourism Development Corporation (KSTDC) located in the station concourse. Package tour booking for 1,2,3,5 or 10 days to different tourist spots in Karnataka can be made from here. It works between 7am and 7pm. It can be contacted at 22870068.

FRUIT STALL
There is a fruit stall run by HOPCOMS located in the station concourse. It is open from 9 am to 830pm.

Two and four wheeler parking facilities are available opposite the main entrance of the station building. Overnight parking facility is also available for any number of days

BUS FACILITY-
At present BMTC operates 7 trips, one each to JP Nagar 6th phase, BTM Layout, Chennamankere via KR Market and Kathriguppe, Vijayanagar and Chandra Layout, Nandini Layout, Jeevanbheemanagar and Koramangala.
