Welfare Activities:
Railway Institute: Railway Institute is functioning in the premises of the Railway colony attached to the Diesel Shed towards meeting the Welfare requirement of the Staff. Reading room and Indoor games facilities are made available. The institute also takes adequate interest in arranging Sports and Cultural Programmes.
Health Unit: In the shed, health unit with a pharmacist is available to take care of immediate health/first aid requirements of Shed Staff and their families.
